Kefir - made fresh daily

One day we'd like to have own cow for our own organic raw milk. In the meantime, we regularly buy in raw milk and use it for producing Kefir. 

Below is a photo of the Kefir grains after straining off the latest Kefir. The grains will be returned to their glass bottle and around 1/2 litre of raw milk added to it for the grains to work on. The bottle with the new Kefir goes in to the fridge and we currently drink one mug full with breakfast, and one with dinner.
